At Al Helbawi Chocolate and Roastery, we take great care in producing and packaging our chocolates to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate and confectionery products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, melted due to shipping issues, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
